Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting fresh salmon fillet into even 1 to 1.5-inch cubes. Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, adding a splash of olive oil.
  4. Carefully place the salmon bites in the hot skillet and let them cook for about 2 minutes without moving them.
  5. Once flipped, pour the prepared sauce mixture over the salmon bites and cook until opaque.
  6. Whisk together plain Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, honey, and minced garlic until smooth.
