  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated, or ground ginger can be used
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh is best
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Can substitute with olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional for spice
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds Chopped peanuts can be used instead

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the tofu by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and mixing with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the stir-fry sauce by whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Cook the marinated tofu in a hot skillet for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables in the same skillet for 3–5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Combine the tofu and vegetables, adding the stir-fry sauce. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve the stir-fry on a platter, garnished with sesame seeds.
