Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the brownie mix in an 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk. Whisk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add green food coloring if desired and set aside.
- Crush the Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin or your hands to create a mix of fine crumbs and larger chunks. Set aside.
- Begin assembling your trifle: layer cut brownies at the bottom of a clear trifle bowl, followed by pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos. Repeat layers and finish with crushed Oreos.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to a day in advance. Serve chilled.
