  • 1 box Brownie Mix Use an 8x8-inch pan for best results.
  • 2 large Eggs Substitute with applesauce for a lighter version.
Pudding Layer
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix For bigger gatherings, go for a larger box.
  • 2 cups Milk The coldest milk gives the best results.
Topping
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Feel free to swap for homemade whipped cream if preferred.
  • to taste Green Food Coloring Optional for a festive touch; omit if using pistachio pudding.
Crunch
  • 1 package Mint Oreos Crushed pistachios can be used for less sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the brownie mix in an 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk. Whisk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add green food coloring if desired and set aside.
  3. Crush the Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin or your hands to create a mix of fine crumbs and larger chunks. Set aside.
  4. Begin assembling your trifle: layer cut brownies at the bottom of a clear trifle bowl, followed by pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos. Repeat layers and finish with crushed Oreos.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to a day in advance. Serve chilled.
