Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta shells, cook for 9-11 minutes, then drain.
  2. Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season.
  3. Stuff the Shells: Fill each pasta shell with the filling and arrange in a baking dish seam-side up.
  4. Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Rest and Serve: Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve warm with herbs if desired.
