- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a medium baking dish with a layer of marinara sauce.
- Chop butternut squash and place in a roasting pan with garlic cloves drizzled with olive oil. Roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Mash the roasted squash and garlic in a bowl, then mix in ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and dried sage.
