Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a quarter.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Remove the meatballs and prepare the sauce with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Return the meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
