- Pulse the quartered medium yellow onion and fresh parsley in a food processor until finely chopped. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, onion-parsley mixture, salt, black pepper, seven spice, and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Mold the meat mixture around skewers into cylindrical shapes about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F to 450°F) and oil the grates.
- Grill the kebabs for approximately 4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove kebabs from the grill and let rest for a minute. Serve with warm pita, hummus, and side salad.
