Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Kafta Kebabs
  1. Begin by finely chopping the medium yellow onion and fresh parsley in a food processor until they are well blended. This step is crucial as it infuses the Kafta Kebabs with moisture and flavor.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef with the chopped onion and parsley mixture, along with salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne pepper. Knead and mix the ingredients thoroughly for around 5 minutes.
