Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim the ends off the zucchinis and slice each zucchini lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick strips. Sprinkle salt over the strips and let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Gently pat each zucchini strip with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Brush each zucchini strip with olive or avocado oil.
  4. Place zucchini strips on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and marked.
  5. Remove from grill, top with goat cheese, basil, honey, and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
