- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off a bulb of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30–35 minutes.
- While the garlic is roasting, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sauté fresh spinach for 2–3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mash the roasted garlic and mix with ricotta cheese and half the shredded mozzarella. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the garlic-ricotta mixture on the crust, layer sautéed spinach, then sprinkle remaining mozzarella and feta.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
