  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth and glossy.
  6. Dip each chilled protein bite into the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Sprinkle your favorite sprinkles on each coated bite before the chocolate sets.
  8. Return the coated bites to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to harden the chocolate.
