Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened salted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla, mixing on medium for another 2 minutes until pale and fluffy.
  4. Slowly mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and sprinkles.
  6. Scoop cookie dough into balls and place them 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around edges, cool for 5 minutes on sheets.
  8. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely for about 10 minutes.
