Preparation Steps
  1. Pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Melt the unsalted butter and mix with the cookie crumbs. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish. Chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping and spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Spread the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Spoon the blueberry pie filling on top, allowing the fillings to cascade over the edges.
  4. Top the fruit layers with remaining whipped topping, creating texture. Sprinkle star-shaped decorations on top. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
