- Prepare the Noodles: Boil salted water, add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and immerse in cold water.
- Cook the Seafood: Sauté minced garlic in olive oil, add shrimp until pink, then stir in crab meat and season.
- Mix the Cheese Filling: Combine ricotta, half of Parmesan, mozzarella, heavy cream, and parsley until smooth.
- Layer the Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375°F, grease baking dish, layer noodles, cheese filling, and seafood mixture.
- Top and Bake: Add remaining cheeses and breadcrumbs, cover with foil, bake for 25 minutes, uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes.
