- In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, melt unsalted butter and let it cool slightly; whisk in eggs and maple syrup.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into your greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bars cool slightly, whisk together powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm bars and let them set for 15 minutes.
