Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mash fresh raspberries thoroughly with a fork until smooth and slightly chunky for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix in chia seeds and your choice of maple syrup or honey into the mashed raspberries, let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, aiming for about 1 tablespoon each.
  4. Freeze the bites for about 20 minutes until they feel solid but slightly soft in the center.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each bite into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly coated on all sides.
