- Set up a rolling station with two sheets of parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness between the two sheets of parchment paper.
- Cut shapes out of the rolled dough using cookie cutters and gather leftover dough to re-roll.
- Dock each cookie with a fork and lay them onto the prepared baking sheet.
