Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) or prepare your dehydrator.
  2. Wash and dry cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well-blended.
  4. Toss cucumber slices in the buttermilk marinade and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer, and lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
  7. Allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
