- Toss cucumber slices in the buttermilk marinade and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer, and lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
