Preparation Steps

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the crockpot. Gently stir to ensure everything is evenly coated.
