  • 150 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 Egg acts as a binder
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Oats optional
  • 2 tbsp Parsley freshly chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
For Baking
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for drizzling

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Zucchini: Grate the zucchini, squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine zucchini with feta, egg, breadcrumbs, oats, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Form Balls: Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a plate.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), line a baking sheet, arrange balls on it, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cool & Serve: Let the balls cool slightly before serving warm.
