Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes, and shredded turkey. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  2. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a golf ball. Place the shaped balls on a plate or tray.
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Dip each ball into the egg and then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat about an inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each side of the balls for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the fried balls from the skillet using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
