Step-by-Step Instructions for Toasted Ravioli
  1. Begin by cracking two eggs into a medium-sized bowl and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Take each frozen ravioli and dip it first into the egg wash, then transfer it to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) while you finish breading the ravioli. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil spray.
  5. Carefully arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket. Spray the tops lightly with oil. Cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove the toasted ravioli and transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs over the top before serving.
