  2. Create a breading station with three shallow bowls; one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat a mushroom strip in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg, then roll in panko crumbs. Repeat for all strips.
