Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Pickle Cheese Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of finely chopped dill pickles. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs, if desired. Mix well.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
