  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded and seasoned with taco seasoning.
  • 1 cup Salsa Drain well to avoid sogginess.
  • 1 can Canned Black Beans Rinse and drain to reduce sodium.
  • 1 cup Corn (Canned/Frozen) Any variety works.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or cheese that melts well.
  • 1 cup Fresh Toppings Cilantro, tomatoes, or your choice.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Gather baking sheet and parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of corn tortillas with canola oil and lay them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake tortillas for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Combine shredded chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, corn, and rinsed black beans in a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Scoop about ½ cup of the chicken mixture onto each crispy tortilla and sprinkle with ¼ cup of cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Top with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes after removing tostadas from the oven.
  8. Serve immediately with lime wedges and extra salsa.
