Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Coating Stations by setting up three shallow bowls: mix all-purpose flour, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in the first bowl; beat eggs in the second; combine Panko breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning in the third.
  2. Coat Mozzarella Sticks by dipping each stick into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally rolling in the seasoned Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Freeze Coated Sticks by arranging them on a baking sheet and placing in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat Oil by pouring vegetable oil into a deep fryer or large pot and heat to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry Sticks by carefully adding sticks to the hot oil, frying for about 30 seconds on each side until golden brown.
