  2. While Gnocchi cooks, wash and chop Eisbergsalat, cucumber, and onion into bite-sized pieces, then set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Joghurt, Senf, Essig, Zitronensaft, dill, salt, and pepper until well-blended and smooth.
