Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large Shrimp Fresh shrimp enhances flavor.

  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley or Chives Finely chopped.
For the Breading
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs or Panko Panko is preferred for extra texture.
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
For Frying
  • Vegetable Oil Essential for frying.
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Black Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Combine mozzarella, cream cheese, and parsley in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Butterfly each shrimp and fill with the cheese mixture.
  5. Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Dip each stuffed shrimp first in flour, then in eggs, and then in breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley; brush over fried shrimp.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
