  • 1 cup crab meat fresh, canned, or imitation
  • 2 pieces green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low-sodium can be used

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each round to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each dough round and seal tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) for frying, or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking.
  5. Fry the bombs for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown or bake for about 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels for a few minutes before serving.
