- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray the back of a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Lay the wonton wrappers over the inverted muffin cups to form taco shells and bake for 5–7 minutes.
- While the shells are baking, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, cooking for another 2–3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Toss to coat.
- Assemble tacos by filling shells with glazed chicken, topping with slaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
