Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray the back of a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Lay the wonton wrappers over the inverted muffin cups to form taco shells and bake for 5–7 minutes.
  3. While the shells are baking, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and no longer pink.
  4. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, cooking for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Toss to coat.
  6. Assemble tacos by filling shells with glazed chicken, topping with slaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
