  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs For added crunchiness
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Substitute with cayenne for heat
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Use freshly ground

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and gently toss until they are uniformly coated.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the coated shrimp and toss again to ensure they’re evenly coated in oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once preheated, place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the shrimp and serve hot, optionally with fresh lemon wedges.
