  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Io tablespoon Cooking Spray for air frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayo for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste
For the Tacos
  • 1 cup Coleslaw Mix pre-mixed saves time
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onion for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice for slaw preparation

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Set up a dredging station with bowls for tapioca flour, whisked eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Dredge each shrimp in tapioca flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C). Place the shrimp in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Whisk the mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, and sriracha together for the Bang Bang sauce. In a bowl, mix coleslaw with lime juice.
  5. Toss cooked shrimp with the Bang Bang sauce. Warm tortillas and assemble the tacos with the slaw and shrimp. Garnish with cilantro and green onion.
