Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in 1 medium finely chopped onion and 4 minced garlic cloves. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the beef and let it melt completely. Pour in 1 cup of beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Stir in 1.5 cups of half and half and 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese into the beef mixture.
  6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 12 ounces of bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
