Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1 additional minute.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of chicken broth. Add ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add 12 ounces of fresh cheese tortellini to the simmering sauce. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.
