Cooking Steps
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Lower heat and add butter, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Whisk together and season to taste.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and then return sautéed chicken to the skillet.
- Add spinach and frozen tortellini. Stir gently and cook for about 5 minutes.
