For the Greens

Cooking Steps
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Lower heat and add butter, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Whisk together and season to taste.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and then return sautéed chicken to the skillet.
  6. Add spinach and frozen tortellini. Stir gently and cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and more Parmesan if desired before serving.
