Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream, and the finely grated garlic from 1 clove. Pour in the juice of 1 lemon, then sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of dried dill, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, along with salt and black pepper to taste. Use a whisk to blend everything together until it forms a smooth mixture.
  2. Continue whisking for about 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dressing looks consistent and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. If you prefer a thinner dressing, gradually add a tablespoon of milk or more lemon juice while whisking until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Once the dressing reaches desired consistency and flavor, transfer it to an airtight container. Seal and place in the fridge for up to 5 days.
