Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by pulsing the crumbs and mixing with sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then blend in vanilla extract.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time while mixing on low speed. Scrape sides as needed.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 22-25 minutes until slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for 45-60 minutes.
  7. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Decorate with optional toppings, slice, and serve.
