For Garnishing
  • 1.5 tsp Cilantro optional
  • Tajin a pinch, optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway, until heated through.
  2. In a blender, add cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion powder. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the blended cottage cheese mixture to a bowl and stir in shredded cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway.
  4. Spoon warm cottage cheese dip into a serving bowl and top with the chicken mixture. Garnish with cilantro and Tajin if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with thicker tortilla chips for dipping.
