Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Creamy Chicken Stroganoff
  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge in flour and let sit while you heat the skillet.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. Lower the heat, add butter, and sauté the onions and mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
