  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Greek yogurt is a lighter alternative.
  • 1 pack Italian Dressing Mix Swap with your favorite Italian herbs.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic is a great substitute.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to your taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to your taste.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese Optional topping, swap with any cheese you love.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread uncooked white rice evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and dry white wine. Add cream cheese and Italian dressing mix; stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and rice in the baking dish, then cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
  7. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top; return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until melted.
  8. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving; optionally garnish with fresh parsley.
