- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, and finely chopped fresh herbs. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle cranberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the puff pastry into a log shape. Slice the log into ½-inch thick rounds.
