  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil melted coconut oil as alternative
  • 2 cups Fresh Apples (peeled and diced) Honeycrisp or Granny Smith
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the loaf pan with vegetable oil or butter, and dust with flour.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until uniform.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in peeled and diced apples and chopped walnuts if using.
  7. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
