Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, cooking it until it's fully browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent and fragrant. Add this mixture to the slow cooker with the beef.
  3. Stir in the chopped bell peppers, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth in the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle in the seasonings including salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 4-6 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the precooked pasta, adding more broth if necessary.
  7. Once heated through, serve and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
