Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder (if using), and salt.
  3. Transfer the dough onto the baking sheet, cover with parchment paper, and roll out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Score the dough into 1.5-inch squares with a pizza cutter, leaving the pieces connected.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center is firm.
  6. Break apart the squares along the scored lines and spread them out evenly on the baking sheet.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
  8. Cool on a wire rack, then store in an airtight container.
