  • 1 pinch Salt

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, add ½ cup of cottage cheese, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of almond flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until combined and the batter is thick yet pourable.
  3. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. Check for doneness and adjust cooking time as needed.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove the mug and let cool for a minute before enjoying.
