- In a large mixing bowl, measure and add rolled oats, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips, protein powder, and kosher salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour in peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until all ingredients are smooth and well blended.
- Divide the mixture into Mason jars. Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold or warm them in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
