- While the beans are blistering, combine soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Once the green beans are blistered, pour the sauce over them and toss to coat. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
