  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup vegetables optional, e.g., carrots, broccoli

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil and sear the chicken pieces until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  5. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Stir in rice vinegar and sesame oil before serving.
