  • 4 large Egg Yolks room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour measured properly
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Red and Green M&Ms
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pretzel Pieces
  • 1 cup Potato Chip Pieces
  • 1/4 cup Red and Green Jimmies optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg yolks and vanilla, mixing until pale and airy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and jimmies with a spatula.
  6. Scoop dough into about 20 balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes for chewiness.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
