Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla, mixing until pale and airy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and jimmies with a spatula.
- Scoop dough into about 20 balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes for chewiness.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
