Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook your preferred pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté 4 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add 1 pound of shrimp, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside after cooking.
  5. Pour in ½ cup of white wine or chicken broth, let it simmer for 2 minutes, then add juice and zest of 1 lemon and 1 cup of heavy cream, mixing to create a sauce.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, coating evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, arrange shrimp on top, and sprinkle ½ cup of grated Parmesan and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella over the dish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, developing a golden color.
